RJSN will co-power with jurisdictions that are interested in developing a high-quality, sustainable community conferencing program of their own. Training community conferencing facilitators is not enough to build a program of this kind; RRB’s program development package includes everything needed to develop, implement, and sustain a high-quality community conferencing program. We will work collaboratively with programs to develop a community conferencing program that will not only get off the ground, but that will provide high-quality, sustainable conferencing services that support the needs of the jurisdiction.

1. Developing an RJ program that serves the targeted area of impact (schools, courts, etc.)​

2. ​Identifying the right “home” for the program

3. Identifying and convening stakeholders

4. Building referral networks

5. Training and supporting facilitators 

6. Establishing quality assurance systems

7. Evaluating program outcomes

8. Funding strategies

9. Ongoing support and consultation (phone, virtual meetings, email, on-site)

10. Facilitator 2-day training
